At SFC Media Academy, we strive to provide an exceptional experience on our platform. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your decision to use our services. To avoid any potential misunderstandings, we have created a transparent and easy-to-understand cancellation and refund policy.

1. Registration Fee

Non-refundable: The ₹950 registration fee is non-refundable as it grants you immediate access to various benefits on our platform, such as wallet access, the ability to earn registration commissions, course commissions, and the facility for withdrawals.

2. Course Purchase and Access

Course Access: Once you purchase a course, you will receive immediate access to the course content. All courses are offered at a discount ranging from 45% to 65%, so purchased courses are non-refundable.

However, if you still wish to request a refund, you will need to make full payment for the course and contact our support team via call or email. You will be given 7 days from the purchase date to complete the payment, after which you will be eligible for a 50% refund. This is because the commission from your purchased course is immediately distributed to the student and partner programs, in which you are also a participant, either as a student or a partner. There are numerous opportunities to earn and learn, so focusing on the course may lead to even greater benefits than a refund.

Course Content Quality: If at any point you feel that the quality of a course does not meet your expectations, you can reach out to our support team with your feedback. We value your input and will take steps to improve our offerings. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Course Access Duration: All courses come with a 90-day access period. If you are actively learning and making progress, we will extend your access to 365 days. The system will automatically grant this extension if you are consistently engaging with the video content. We want you to succeed and grow through learning. The course videos are provided in full HD, with high-quality audio, ensuring a seamless learning experience.

3. Referral Program and Commissions

Referral Bonus: If you successfully refer a new student who registers for ₹950, you will immediately earn a ₹200 referral bonus, which will be credited to your wallet. Additionally, if your referral purchases a course, you will receive a 10% commission, which can be withdrawn at any time.

4. Technical Support

Server or Technical Issues: If a technical issue prevents you from accessing course content or the website, please contact our support team within 72 hours. We will work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Extended Access: In cases where technical issues persist, we may extend your access period to ensure that you receive the full value of the service without any loss of time.

5. Customer Satisfaction

Your Feedback: Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please share your feedback with us. We will listen and work towards a resolution.

Resolution Process: Our goal is to resolve any complaints or issues within 7 business days. However, even in such cases, refunds will not be issued.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional cases (such as natural disasters, severe illness, or other valid reasons), if you are unable to use the service, we will evaluate your situation individually. In such cases, we may offer alternative solutions, although refunds will not be provided.

Please note that while refunds are not available, we aim to provide access to alternative courses or services whenever possible.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on the website, and the revised policy will be effective immediately. We encourage users to periodically review this policy to stay informed.
